US Ambassador to Japan: Seeking allies to help isolate China

U.S. Ambassador to Japan Rahm Emanuel said the Biden administration is seeking to reverse China's attempts to isolate Asian countries such as the Philippines with the help of Japan and other allies in the region.

Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, who is visiting the United States, will hold a summit meeting with President Biden on Wednesday local time.
